The Goal

The client required a 30% decrease in backlog in order to avoid penalties with the Medical Insurance company that they were contracted to administer.

The Campaign

An 6-week campaign to motivate staff to increase workplace performance. We created;

  • a competition that rewarded the staff that were able to resolve the most support tickets.
  • a digital leaderboard.
  • Weekly mailers to provide encouragement, motivation, spot prizes, annd fun activities to promote a healthier workplace.

The Result

We achieved a 42% decrease in backlog, and the staff morale was improved so much that the campaign was extended for a second round of 6 weeks.
